When you take a year subscription, if you don't remember to cancel before the year, they won't remind you and debit you again, considering that you're still subscribed. I took it because it was in promotion with my N26 card code, and they debited full price the second time.

I waited 1 hour after the 504 error that your server was down. I interacted with your server for approx. 1 1/2 hours, in that time I completed the A1 final test. After taking the test and hitting submit I got you have 0 or 0 correct (when I only got 1 answer wrong), and also you cannot retake the test for 2 weeks. Your support team said said there server went down and they cannot help me with this issue. So either your support is uneducated or just plain lazy to actually check on how can ...
