I initially purchased an annual subscription to Busuu because I enjoyed its approach to language learning (specifically, for French) to alternatives. Recently, the annual subscription renewed but I was not informed until after payment had been processed. I immediately contacted the support team, and supervisor Andrea initially denied my request.
