Nice strategy for learning but there are certain flaws

I am really enjoying the experience! I decided to try the premium account specially due to the extra audio practices as well as the grammar exercises. The flaw I discovered was the fact that very few of my audio exersices were corrected. Concerning the grammar activities, I only believe we should have more explanations of the content given alongside with the activities already given.

Busuu should send a notice BEFORE automatically renewing!

I find it irresponsible that you don't notify a customer that an automatic renewal is about to come due. Other services I use do this as a matter of courtesy to their customers.

it takes a long time to go into dashboard to study

It takes a long time to go into dashboard area to study after logging in. This usually happens to me, sometimes it takes some hours. For user who paid fee to study, it is a bad experience.

Like the language training - hate the automated annual payment

The language training allows you to access the lessons at your own pace and to revise as often as you like. The lessons are presented in easily manageable units. However, I object to the way in which they take an automatic annual renewal authorisation when you but a package. I cancelled it in 2013, but am having difficulty in cancelling it in 2014.

I have now used Busuu for a couple of weeks to study Italian at the intermediate level and I am very pleased with the system. I like the way everything is set up in Busuu. You can study at your own pace, from one hour per month to several hours per day, if you wish. Busuu remembers where you are and continues from where you left off. Harder to use

It became harder to use since last year . It was very easy to use the year before last . Maybe I should use more time to learn how to use it. But in fact I want to learn English as you know. Anyway, thank you very much.
