Everything went well

I made the payment and my account was changed to premium status within 1 or 2 minute. If I can make recommendation about the service, I think it would be great to include explanations and supporting examples in additions to translations. Also, I feel the price of the subscription is somewhat high. Closer to 10$ a month would be better for me.

Bad Customer Service

Busuu as a program is not bad. I signed up. However, somewhere buried in my sign-up apparently was an automatic renewal. I wasn't aware. So I got a notice saying I had been automatically renewed. Within hours I emailed customer service saying that I did not want the service. They said, nicely, tough luck you are stuck... enjoy it. I tried again nicely and they said the same thing. I then went to my credit card company who reversed the charge. A good company doesn't play "gottcha".

Busuu Review

I've recently become a premium member of Busuu. In doing so, I opened new channels to further my learning of my chosen foreign language. I especially appreciate the opportunities to practice my speaking and writing skills in the language I am studying. The critiques of my efforts by native speakers are invaluable. I would most definitely recommend Busuu Premium to anyone who is sincere about learning a foreign language.
