Make it simpler to use on phone
I like busuu but please make it simpler to use on a phone. Why does it seem to force a user to sign in either with FaceBook or Google account. I don't have either. I have a hotmail account. When I try to register, putting my email address, a pop-up message says "The email was already in use". Why no password reset option? I just want to log in and use it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Arabic Mistakes
I like the way that you learn in Busuu. These things I have an issue with; - The Arabic script seems to have a lot of mistakes, and I had to learn the alphabet outside of busuu, - Arabic is read right-to-left, but the exercises that have blocks of phrases that need to be arranged go left-to-right. I think this needs to be pointed out in some way.

paid for 24 months and only received 12
I paid for 24 months and gave me only 12. I contacted several times requesting a correction. Until I sent copy of my credit card bill. But no one answered so far. As I have seven days to repent, ask that the correction is made today or have to cancel.

I like your application a lot. My comments concern my own experience related to my expectations, but I am completely aware that you had to consider the great variety of people that access this application and should be able to deal with it. I greatly appreciate that you use full sentences from the very beginning. I also think that some grammar explanations would be useful, because after seven lessons I still fumble with gender accord (?) and syntax. I find some exercises a bit too easy, ...

I like the busuu, the price is very cheap and you can learning many languages. I think that could more chats or enviroments to practice "speaking"
