Dialogues are too abrupt on Busuu application

I have found dialogues to be too abrupt when using the (Android) application. So far (unit 4) I haven't seen any grammar lesson, yet a great deal of new words are introduced as if we should have mastered the complicated French grammar. Unlike the English language (of which grammar is so straightforward), the French language (as most of Latin languages) has difficult grammar. I think the focus should shift on this aspect, for the lessons to become relevant.

App does not support my language, and no alphabet training.

I want to learn Arabic. Spanish is something I need a refresher on, but Arabic is what I want to learn. But no, the app that this site boasts doesn't even support this language. Why bother paying when there are tons of other services online that provide apps that do this? It also does not even provide the opportunity to learn the Arabic alphabet, so I can't participate in any of the activities unless I go to another service first. I want my money back.

First by being able to make friends and help them grow I am finding a common ground to help me continue to participate in the exercises and learning efforts of others. I liked my initial experience but when it jumped to dialogue I got lost.

What can be done to help bridge the gap between the vocabulary and dialog. I feel lost. I got in line to print the Russian alphabet. Could you not help a bit more. I am paying monthly.
