Worked, OK but I found it slow

Good content but slow for me. - follow up to busuu reply: Thanks for your reply - but I was using it on an android tablet - Galaxy A tablet, using an internet connection in France. I used a competing app shortly after and found it faster. I will try yours again when I'm back home and see how it compares.

Busuu

I like bussu, it was very helpfull for me. I learned German, honestly not so good as native speakers, but now, I understand so much on German. I improved my English too, because I am not native speaker of English. Because of that I am sorry if my grammar is not so good. I would like if busuu could give us grammar lessons for free. Not all of them, of course, I understand you need to earn money. Why cannot we buy them for berries? Or from our phone? It is really annoying to pay whole ...

It was way better

Now that the number of languages you learn are limited and not all are free, it's now useless to me. Years back, it was really good.

I think Busuu is unique

My learning experience with busuu.com started more than 5 years ago. I've seen a lot of language learning communities but there exist no better community, than Busuu. Busuu was perfect already and all these years it was becoming better and better. I really like learning with busuu and I usually recommend it to friends and students. However, I've noticed the free version is not as interesting as it used to be. It doesn't really allow new users to have a good learning experience.

Used to be much better

When Busuu changed its platform, there were various changes. 1. There isn't as much listening comprehension in each lesson.. 2. I liked how the sequence encouraged you to chat with another user, preferably using the vocabulary you were learning at that time - even if people skipped past it, the opportunity was there. That feature is gone now. You can still do so independent of the lessons, of course, which is valuable. 3. The multiple-choice and matching parts of the lessons seem to be much ...

I love the website and I think the format is, in general, brilliant. One thing that could be improved however, is the difficulty of the review tasks. As it stands they can be completed without any real understanding of the language presented as they are mostly multiple choice. It would be better if it were to include things such a open clozes (gap fills) and students having to write out sentences that they have learned from a translation given in their language. Great development through the years

I'm very happy to say that Busuu has grown to a great supplier. There are still few minor things that would be nice to see different (e.g. exclamation marks that are not standart from technical updates, separate part for learning units for Premium member (so I could see that I've filled 100% of free unit - that's more motivational to make me stay to study more)), and would be nice to see my language (Latvian) there once available also (I'd even agree to help with translations in my spare ...

Great way to learn

I have been learning Arabic I'm not fluent can speak it a little understand the written work better. I also love to get a chance to help others who are learning English. It's a great way to meet people make friends and learning . I recommend Busuu. Here to another great year with Busuu

Writing exercises

I do not appear to have the facility to include Spanish accents on my writing and therefore I frequently have corrections made when I actually knew there should have been an accent. Other than that I sometimes feel like I'm naughty if I cannot do exercises and get constant reminders to get back on it. So a bit irritating but there again it does make me sit down and do some.
