The basic (free) program has improved

I have been with busuu for many years and have completed most of the lessons offered free of charge. I am not happy with the current format where as you advance through a subject you need to upgrade (pay) in order to do some of the more complex exercises. The basic exercises on the other hand have become far too simple. Wonderful course - with room for more grammar

The fundamental premise of Busuu is fantastic. I have been a member for many years now - and have found it extraordinarily useful and many friends, acquaintances and pupils have joined Busuu from my recommendation. As with all things there are 'even better if's ...' and so in a spirit of total support to the project: a) it needs, I think, a separate grammar-based course built in. Busuu.com helps me to practice and repeat my English pretty well.

I like training my brain by learning English for fun and pleasure. I am already retired and have a lot of free time so I can do it every day. I've never been to an English speaking country but thank the internet I have the whole world at home. It's very nice i loved it . I feel I'm in progress. But some excirsise doesn't work or hang. Try to improve the grammar deffrint way for explaining ( more details).But in general it's very good for starting. regads.

Busuu talk

Probably you have already got claims concerning the bad functioning of the Busuu Talk. I use an I mac computer so the browser is SAFARi and when someone calls this message appears :" Incompatible browser. The video component of this application is powered by PenTok on Web RTC. To enable this functionality please use Google Chrome or Firefox." Change every time the browser is not the best solution, I won't do that. So, if you can work about.. thanks The rest I think it's ok.

I loved usng Busuu, especially the interactive activities and the opportunity to make lasting friendships in other countries.

I loved using BUSUU, and the way I made lasting friendships around the world. I finished all the units and I am continuing to learn Italian with one of those friends. I have one suggestion. When you record the vocabulary it would be very helpful if you were to leave a longer gap between the words so the student could repeat the word after hearing it.

The best language learning system I have so far discovered

For me busuu beats evening classes, book systems and CD based systems. The compactness of its modules means I can log in for 20 minutes and make some progress. I try to do this every day, but if I miss a week or more it is still easy to pick up where I left off. More than one speaker of the language I am learning corrects and comments on my exercise submissions. This is more effective than having the exercise corrected by one teacher.
