Unable to connect with another browser

I have 3 problems with bussu.com 1. I can not connect with another browser that Firefox or with another computer. 2. I can not connect with another computer that the computer that I use to subscribe. 3. I can not practice pronunciation using "Enregistrement vocal" I need some help because I can not use it effectively busuu.com and I can not pass my "Test de niveau" Thanks

Nice but not that helpful

It was a very important tool to get excited with learning a new language, but very bad at doing so, i did have to pick up outside books to properly learn things like the alfabet (the arab one), the rules of arab, etc. It feel like is to vocabulary centred to me, to much.

Not a perfect experience, need a little more.

just set well all the details, incomplete phases, wrong pictures, more exercises, if in the free mode don't have all that commitment, imagine in paid version. Be aware of all that details before win my money.

No windows phone app !

I would love to use Busuu and improve my knowledge of Japanese language. Sadely enough Busuu doen't offer any app for Windows phone (WP) users like myself. I know that WP earns today a less that 3% marketshare but still : I love my Nokia WP and would even love it if with a Busuu App !

Busuu can be better!

I've started learning russian right from the beginners level. It was good in the beginning, but I have to say the content isn't that helpful. For example, the way I learnt 'how are you?' in Russian from Busuu, is not the way people say it in real life. All my Russian speaking friends told me this. And even up till now I've never heard any russian saying it the way busuu taught me. So, I feel Busuu should update their content to more popular and famous used terms and phrases, for instance ...

Useful, straightforward course

The busuu system is very useful. I already have intermediate skill in French, and at busuu we can choose our own level and continue progressing from there. We can also choose to review any level at any particular time. Our exercises are reviewed and corrected by other users who speak the language. Although there is no guarantee of their language skill, we can have up to 5 reviewers, which is reassuring. As a free user, some exercises are locked, but they are within each level, so this ...

Busuu premium

The site is easy to use, and some of the exercises quite efficient. However, I have to give some serious minus points, because the voice recording exercises don't work for Safari users (at least that was the explanation I got from the customer service, when I said I can't open the microphone settings). Also, the customer service experience itself was rather unpleasant. I felt like the person who responded to me, cared only about how I would rate her, because she started to pressure me to ...
