Busuu Reviews in October 2026: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

Very efficient customer service

I wanted a trial of Busuu and so I asked the team via email and within the hour I had a response and a five day trial. Fantastic!

Great site for vocabulary

Busuu is great for learning vocabulary when doing a foreign language. As a trained linguist, I find the grammatical topics a bit too simple. It is not enough for one to get to grips with the grammatical topics successfully just by using Busuu alone.

Great resource for language learners.

A great resource for language learners with good exercise options.

Busuu experience.

My learning experience was greatly enhanced by Busuu. It gave me more opportunities to practice what I was learning.

Excellent learning resource

I've been using busuu for just over 2 months and have improved my castellano (spanish) a lot! The daily lessons are enjoyable. And I love the learning community that busuu provides as your written work is read and corrected by native speakers whom are also learning with busuu.

A better way of learning language in your phone or tablet

I've used busuu for about a month now. Enough amount of repetition and in some parts there are also some advanced examples which help us use the words in a sentence. There some ...

Busuuu is gem of gems

The system and procedure followed by busuu to learn a new language is extraordinary and awesome. I have seen some of the members of busuu who were initially very week in construction of English but after a few months of doing busuu's Exercises and guidance by them as also from other fellow members, they have improved a lot. Thanks to busuu and its team. Tapan Kumar Chattopadhyay

my opinion

all is perfectly

Currently the best online language study platform

Busuu has a great advantage by connecting their wordwide community together. I really enjoy talking to other people from all over the world. And so far I did not only learned new languages, I also had the chance to learn more about different cultures and different minds. To me it was an enrichment. :) However, if you want to improve your service, you should allow costumers to adjust the volume of sounds like the one that appears right after every answered question. It's really a little bit ...

Good for learning vocabulary and structures

To those who say that Busuu is incomplete, my answer is: no one method is ideal. I like different methods for different reasons, and it is the combination of several methods that leads the learner to the desired result. What I like about Busuu is that it lets me learn vocabulary. The phrase that goes with each word in the vocabulary unit lets you see this word in context and sometimes also pick up a structure or an additional new word along the way. I also like the fact that exercises are ...
