Learning German with Busuu has become my daily commitment.It is a relaxing way to learn at your own time and to correct others' work. It has become even more efficient to learn the basic grammar with the useful tips before the exercises. I would add more listening exercises using texts and multiple questions geared towards better understanding. Awesome customer service!

I was having issues signing up for the purchased membership on Busuu no matter what I did it would let me view the page. I emailed their customer service and they worked with me for a few hours to try and figure out the problem. While the problem wasn't sorted out (until a few days later), they helped me right than and there and got me what I needed! Without forcing me to wait till it was fixed. I highly recommend them!

Getting better Not happy with peer correction

When my work is marked there are often conflicting opinions. As I have done French before I am often able to tell which corrections are better, but, if I start another language, I will have no way to identify which are good and which are incorrect or just not useful.

Customer service response was excellent but Busuu updating twice led to course accessibility issues.

Customer service a half year apart twice had to deal with essentially the same course accessibility issues. It seemed that each time the Busuu App was updated it blocked my access to parts of the lessons which I had ordered and paid for. On each occasion after a few days of back and forth e-mailing Busuu, the customer service and technical folks resolved my issue and I have had no problems recently and can continue to enjoy learning with my Busuu courses which are some of the best language ...

Great Way To Learn a Language.

For me the most important observations are; 1. learning grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation with the concise topics in each distinct lesson. 2. the writing and media exercises in each class, which forces you to make up a story and translate it in French. Though always asked to use words/grammar learned for these stories, I don’t think that’s possible. Personally I use the dictionary quite often for these exercises. 3. Excellent way to learn a language

From the start I used bussu apps in my iPad and iPhone, they improved the programs very well and it is very good to try them and see how good in starting learning a lunguage or remember a foreign lunguage that you haven't used for a long time.

Busuu is a great place to learn a language and make friends.

I have enjoyed busuu for over two years. I find it's content varied, frequently updated and improved. I have made lasting friendships through busuu, which have given me the opportunity to converse and write in my chosen language, Spanish, while helping my Spanish speaking friends to improve their English. I recommend busuu as a great value resource, covering useful topics, in several popular languages.

3 months in

I feel like I'm definitely learning and it is fun. The writing I do and the feedback from Spanish speakers really cements it all together. It works for me to put in time as I find it although the bottom line is that putting in time is essential. 2 shortcomings I see: it is not done in a South American accent and it is essential at some point to actually speak the words with another person.
