I love busuu

I love busuu. I use for learning English everyday. It's amazing site. But sometimes the site has some problems, as on other services, but it does not prevent Busuu be one of the best.

Why I wouldn't trade this app for another 4 years in university even though it may take me three times as long to get there.

I particularly like the bite size pieces that the lessons come in. I tend to run through the lessons as fast as I can first and then go back to them at the end of the stage. I have often missed out on a word or phrase that I'm sure I learnt the first time. Sometimes I am delighted that I've remebered it. I also think it makes me more conscious of my English. I have had to use team Busuu and hopefully they have not groaned too much at my request for a password. It should be easy but after ...

Great way to starting a new language

The best thing about this app is that you can get instant corrections on your writings by other users even if you haven't upgraded to the premium version. There are many corses on basic vocab, abundant quizzes, conversations and you can do listening trainings if you cover up the phrases with a piece of paper. The assistance team was wonderful too. One of the staffs directly answered my simple question quickly and precisely via email. Couldn't have been better.

Good content

Good content and allows for revision. Good feature in insisting on revision if a sufficient mark is not attained in a test. I do corrections for others from the list I see. I get email requests to do corrections but I can seldom find the exercise I am asked to correct. I also get requests from Italian people learning English to link up to talk. This is an interesting facility but I don't want to do this at present. But I can see no way of politely saying that to those who request. Overall I ...

Hello every body .. I am living in Germany since 7 months now , I want to study in a University and work also , so of course I need to learn German, and busuu was very really useful, I told all my friends about at , coz there are a lot of people like me here in Germany , I also talked about it in our Facebook page in our city . Prompt and effective

I emailed the customer service to resolve a login problem, thinking that it'll take at least a couple of days to get any response. I had a very quick response to that email and the ones that I sent later that day. Suggestions made and the actions taken by the customer service rep was precise and effective. On a side note, although there is a lot of room to improve the website, I have to say I've been enjoying this website very much so far.
