Busuu delivers its language courses in a professional and very user-friendly manner; additionally the customer support backup is very efficient, reverting to you immediately in relation to an inquiry / comment / problem. I would recommend Busuu to anyone intent on learning a second language.

i am always skeptical about online help, so when I first got a busuu reply , I just left it unopen for a bit. only realised it was actually quite helpful in the end. when I did reply, their corresondance returned very quickly and my problem was solved

Easy learning

I have trying to learn a language for a long time and was looking for a good app I liked for free then upgrade if felt the learning suited me.I am more than happy with busuu as I learn when it suits me with no pressure and also the help of native speakers.

Just a few little suggestions...

It would be nice to be able to print out some things, i.e. grammar tips, vocabulary list, completed exercises and corrections. It would also be nice to know the date(s) of the uncorrected exercises of others so that we can try to correct the oldest ones first. That information used to be there, but no longer is. But overall it's a very good program, and I would recommend it to anyone.

I am a busuu user since 2012 and would recommend it to my family and friends. I acquired recently about an affiliate program in order to promote your website but unfortunately I have received a negative response.
