Busuu is the modern day manifestation of a successful mobile learning application created to help people change their life by being a better communicator learning the major languages. The interface is designed with the critical mass in mind and is really user friendly. Good job to the support team who responded in super fast speed. Well done!

Good app to refresh a language - but poor vocabulary

In total I am satisfied with busuu to refresh a language. You can use it in the app or at the PC with the same account and without paying extra money. The posibility that native speakers correct your text is generally a good idea. Most of the time this is helpful, but sometimes there are contradictions between their answers (if more than one person answered), so in the end you still don't know what is correct. Great Customer support, product could be improved

I really like busuu intent. I had a couple of issues using the website, and after reporting them to customer support, was promptly attended. Service is really great. I would only add that, in my opinion, the courses and lessons could be more extensive and the website could run lighter and more smoothly.

Good , but it can be better

Yes, busuu is good, from a mere free user I can learn more with premium membership but I find it's lack of few things. I like the grammar sections available to premium members, but is not enough, busuu don't really explain much in terms of usage of different verbs; I hope to have a list of useful verbs, regular and irregular with their conjugations and correct phrases ( with adjectives or adverbs )and more grammar quizzes. The quizzes are too little and I can't grab enough knowledge! Some ...

No significant problems with busuu

As far as I have got I can't identify any real problems. I had problems with the microphone, but I think that is down to Microsoft / Logitech, not busuu. I've been too busy in the last month to do anything here, but I will now give it my full attention. At this point the only suggestion is that how to 'rearrange words to make a sentence' needs more detailed instructions on how to do this: something like 'move the cursor over the word, press left click and drag the word to the answer box ...'.

I received a response in very good time, about 1-2 days after sending my question. The help team member passed me on to the person best suited to answering my query and the help offered throughout was thorough as well as cheerful and polite. Above all, I can see the dedication from the employees of busuu towards their learners.
