Paid for Premium account but bad service

I paid for Premium account but: everytime this site has some problem!!! Now it's impossible to search over users: it's loading, loading, loading, loading................. and nothing! I tried with all kind of browsers but it's unhelpful! For what we pay? To have such a poor service? I'll try to find some other sites for learning languages because I'm tired to pay and have a bad service like that! Meanwhile I'm thinking to ask the refund!

Good way to learn

I'm french and started for 10 days learning spanish on BUSUU. I study about 1 to 3 hours per a day. I already get my first degree A1 level yesterday, with 26 good responses on 27 possible... I really think that someone studying seriously on BUSUU should be able to speak currently this langage in 3 ou 4 months. I paid for 6 months in order to be sure. Pat

I think busuu, is the best place to start learning languages .

SO good!

The lessons are great and the system really motivates you to keep learning. The only small problem is people trying to use the crowdsourced corrections feature (which is brilliant) to pick up - but that's what the REPORT button is for :)

I forgot to cancel my Premium subscription and was charged 70EUR. It was my mistake but I contacted the Busuu Support Team and got my money back within three days! Thank you, guys!

Really helpful

I started to learn Spanish and I'm totally satisfied. The summery of the different grammar topics are helpful and make it easy to review the core sense. One task that bothers is to fill in letters in a given word. It's too easy and doesn't really improve or help to improve your knowledge. It's also a nice task to check tasks of students who are on their way to learn German and vice versa get my own tasks checked by a native speaker of Spanish.
