Majour issues 12
Too much info without enough exercises to practice, many unspoken sentences especially in the grammar section. Also spoken sentences uses unfavorable women voice that is annoying and even unclear. Lestning is very important part of language learning. Not all sentences are translated so I might not know the meaning of some words

Practice exam
I'm asking you to remove the one-click approval for the practice exam. Some times when I click the wrong option is annoying.

Best service to learn languages
My experience of interaction with Busuu is awesome. I love the mobile app, web version and I'm fond of community they've built around the platform. Currently I learn German and I will definitely proceed with Polish and Spanish via Busuu, too.
