Change subscription - Very easy !
I needed to alter my subscription as my circumstance have changed. I found the company very helpful and the process was easy and worked. Most companies that you start a subscription with make it very very hard to cancel the charge. Not with Busuu. A great customer experience.

Their app had some issue with the processing of google userdata, but their customer service was swift even on the weekend and resolved the problem.

What a great way to improve your language skills
What a great way to improve your foreign language skills. It works well and the exercises make you remember the vocabulary, a specific technique for long-term memory. Another great feature is the busuu community, you interact with members in different languages.
