Would have liked an introduction to the course and what to do rather than fumble about. Content good I think, but a real induction to the course, how to use it and pointers would enhance the experience for me. Signed up for a year , if I can't get it after that I give up!!!

Busuu is disruptive for my english and spanish learning. Learning at beach is awesome!

I find Busuu a great language course

I find Busuu a great language course, I am a beginner and have looked around at other courses available but Busuu is without doubt the best in my opinion.

Clear

Clear, quick and smart

Not the best starting platform

Not the best starting platform, just teaches phrases without providing useful knowledge on how Japanese works as a language. Quiz functions are handy until you get halfway through the beginners course and require a Japanese keyboard. Do not recommend for people planning on traveling to Japan, better if you're willing to invest big $$$ to learn a language.

It helps me a lot and is very safe.

Excellent

I want to study English online up to upper intermediate level and to interact with native speakers. Busuu completely satisfies my needs.

I still am struggling to understand the format of the lessons and especially icons like the little star in the upper right hand corner of the pictures. What does that indicate and what do I have to do with it or not ? It would be helpful for a beginner to have a page explaining all that. At the moment I just ramble along till I understand what it means. I still get learning out of it.

Improve face to face comunicacion

Well I think is not enough. Oral practice with a real person ( via sky or other comunicacion software) .Busuu gotta try to correct this issue
