They solved my problem, and keep good communication

Teaching with a lot of patience

I've known Bussu for years, for it's didactically and fun lessons that help you store the language in the long term memory. Only until recently I decided to take a yearly package, they are language experts, teaching with a lot of patience. My only criticism (bit technical) you can't remove all notifications to correct other people's exercises and some other stuff.

I've had to uninstall and reinstall it…

I've had to uninstall and reinstall it once so far, but otherwise I am very happy with the app. I have never paid for an app before, but am seriously considering doing so because it is so helpful and enjoyable to use.

Excellent

This is the best of the language learning apps, hands down. I have used many and have had premium subscriptions on all of the popular ones. Besides being a great app, the service from the company is outstanding! I had an issue with my account and contacted Busuu customer support. The response was quick and very helpful. Excellent all around.
