Above the call of support duty
I recently had a technical problem moving within the lessons of the program, so I put in a support ticket. Initially, the information was that it would only be answered M-F, but due to the nature of my problem, a support agent responded within the weekend with a solution that worked. I am greatly satisfied with this above the call of duty response and thank the support team much.
