The Japanese quizzes were impossible to…
The Japanese quizzes were impossible to complete as it required english letters and special characters with no special character menu like it has for other languages. Also, being able to type Japanese words in romaji is not a useful skill for learning the language; so it has an dumb focus in the first place.

Busuu a method to recommend !
I find the Busuu method very interesting for learning English. Each time it proposes different themes. Videos are a plus. Busuu also allows us to evaluate our level. Small negative points: it is sometimes difficult to understand the sentences pronounced. The flow is too fast for beginners. It also lacks the ability to speak with a microphone to improve pronunciation.

Their product works very well!
Their product works very well! It has truly helped me with my Spanish and my French (and originally, my German). I've been a member for about 5 years. At one point, they contacted me and I participated in a survey to give my thoughts about their techniques. And later on, when the product was upgraded, I could see that they took some of my suggestions and those of others, into account. It's nice to see a company continually upgrading their product.
