Unrespectful with teachers
They are taking advantage of teachers. Using Busuu means to agree with an unrespectful politic with no communication and no considerations for teachers. Managers of this company are like robots, treating people badly, ignoring them. Do not participate, there is plenty of website and apps with better treatments. I recently had a problem accessing my appropriate learning level.
I recently had a problem accessing my appropriate level on Busuu. I emailed their customer support who responded quickly and in a friendly manner. The issue was resolved with their advice. I am very impressed and look forward to continuing my learning journey. I love this app and would recommend it without hesitation.
