So far I like Busuu a lot
So far I like Busuu a lot, however...they use too many words that are more meant for teachers in my opinion. and the grammar can be too fast and confusing. Spanish has so many conjugations and masculine and feminine and plurals. I was trying to understand possessives and it was just too much. I think that could use videos that explain some of those more difficult grammar points with examples rather than just charts that say "here's a tip!" and asking me if what is highlighted in the ...

Cash grabbers
Bought premium last year for 34,99. Just had 69,99 taken out of my account again. Never requested a renewal of premium. Do not appreciate the cash grab or the not so subtle doubling in price. Edit: if you were genuinely sorry, Busuu, you would stop working in this way and refund me. You prey on people's humanity by hiding your terms en passé and never mention it clearly when signing up. You also never made clear the 34,99 was a discount, nor that you would double that fee next time ...
