I've been using several apps for language learning over the past years and feel fortunate to have found Busuu, which surpasses the better known Duolingo - especially since they dropped their forums - Babbel, and Memrise with their comprehensive approach which doesn't require you to intuit grammar but offers clear explanations. Busuu was fun to use while I had it
Busuu was fun to use while I had it, but more than anything, the customer service there is 100 percent. When I can budget it back, I'll be using Busuu to learn German again (it does a better job than Duolingo).

I contacted Busuu because I was having
I contacted Busuu because I was having trouble navigating the website and because the audio and microphone were not functioning on my iPhone. Getting to the point of receiving good advice required two submissions of almost identical information. But when I received instructions for remedying the problems from Julia they were clear and resolved the issues.
