The best app to learn a foreign langage !!

My experience with busuu

Good experience with busuu. At the time of this writing, it's the best application to learn english

I’ve tested several language apps now… And Busuu on the top.

I’ve tested several language apps now for Spanish. Busuu in my top two. I’ve also used Duolingo for quite awhile. Busuu is different in that it makes you think, so you have to pay attention and this helps learning I think. One thing I think Busuu should have is a way to look up the words you don’t know or don’t remember. And maybe a way to add them to a review list. But I’m still in the first 50 lessons so app still pretty new to me.

It's good but it can always be better.

Ups and Downs of Busuu

Busuu customer support took a very long time to respond to my inquiry. The website stated that the service could be refunded within 7 days and it took almost that amount of time to get back to me. I was afraid that the time would pass and they would refuse the refund. The premium service is not worth it for some of the languages, I recommend either looking into it to make sure or automatically go with the premium plus. I really do enjoy it

It’s over all great. I just wish there were some other things I could do. Like actual writing exercises (since Japanese is more artful) linger tests, a way to save full on notes (for example I have to learn 5 symbol/letters at a time, it would be nice to be able to save the chat without having to screen shot). I’d like to see and hear videos with more conversation in the beginning (idk about late game learning but beginning lacks it) As well as a better ability to talk to my peers. I ...

When doing a lesson I would appreciate…

When doing a lesson I would appreciate seeing a status bar indicating the proportion completed vs remaining. (As Babbel does). Also having a means to go backwards to check something you might have missed would be helpful. Adding an icon to get back home also might help.
