Useful, convenient and fun
I found this app very useful and fun to learn a new language and consolidate the basics, and the ability to interact with a community makes the learning process more motivating. The vocabulary review function is also handy, but it would benefit from advanced features such as providing the ability to select topics and interaction options (audio only or text only or both). The ads in the free version are not overwhelming. The customer service is responsive to requests. Great experience overall.

The awesome app
The app is awesome I recommend I learned whole hiragana that I couldn't on other platforms which is a huge win for busuu and their teaching technique! When I had and issue the support was awesome such nice people to support with issues and I got my reply in under an hour!

The Busuu suport staff top-notch
The Busuu suport staff is top-notch, always helpful, always checking back with you to make sure any issues are fixed. I can't say that about most companies support staff, Busuu is lucky to have such a staff. I would like to comment on one such staff member directly, Peter.
