I use this app for years and am very happy with it. I studied French and Spanish. Busuu is continuing to grow and adding interesting exercises and features. Second important feature is the ability to repeat certain words not the whole lessons. What is also important is community. You correct someone's exercise, he or she correct yours and as time goes by you become friends.

I absolutely love Busuu!
I absolutely love Busuu. I can learn important phrases in small chunks. I also love the dark mode, which other apps still don't have. The certificates and study plans are amazing. I only have two problems. Firstly, I wish there were more speaking exercises. Secondly, I miss a lot of questions because I leave out articles when they're not necessary and the app tells me I'm wrong: this is annoying. Overall, however, I absolutely love Busuu!

Not just vocabulary and structure…
Not just vocabulary and structure drills but a deeper understanding of the language, and I can try myself in situations, I can write (or record) my own phrases for native speakers to evaluate.

By far the best language app
First, a recommendation to people thinking the app isn't enough: You don't learn a language using just *one* resource. You should go watch Youtube videos, talk to natives in Tandem, create your own study method, and so on... Having said that, Busuu is by far the most complete, memorable and fun app to learn languages. I was having massive problems with German before Busuu: I just couldn't remember all the rules, and I felt that, even after 8 months of studies (using other resources), I had ...
