My concern is with the renewal process…

My concern is with the renewal process for Premium Plus. I was informed once the money was taken to renew my subscription, but received nothing beforehand to remind me this was coming. In current times, with many people in financial difficulties, this is a significant amount to lose unexpectedly. I only use the Busuu app, and I cannot find the subscription dates in the app, so, while this is my fault for not checking on the website, I would like to see more transparency around the renewal ...

Good honest company

I subscribed for premium membership and then decided to cancel. I didn't realise that the cooling off period was 7 days rather than 14 and asked for the refund on day 8. Busuu very kindly allowed me to cancel and get the refund despite being a day late. And I would like to say that I am very grateful especially with lockdown. So thank you.

What do you like best about Busuu? I love the whole community correction part, as well as the deep explanations of verb tenses. I feel like I really have mastered something before moving on. Really enjoy Busuu

Busuu is a great program. Thorough in content, yet easy-to-use with bite-size lessons. I like the social aspect and study plan feature. I just wish they offered more languages. I subscribe to premium, so it would be nice if they would add more languages.

Perfect combination

I like how it gives me the option to communicate with native speakers of the language I am learning . You get the theory from the exercises and lessons, then the practice with the writing activity .

I've been using Busuu for more than 5…

I've been using Busuu for more than 5 years and I love it. They constantly improve the platform and add new features. It's definitely worth spending your money.

The experience overall is great

The experience overall is great! However, there was an error in the Japanese in the review section. The question wants to you say that you are not japanese, and are american, but it's unclear what you're supposed to be saying. On top of that, part of the answer is to use a slash and then with one button select the entire Japanese sentences saying the same thing in hiragana. Pretty frustrating

Extremely disappointed.

Extremely disappointed. The quality of the audio in my course goes down the further through I have made it, which has made it very difficult to listen for the correct pronunciation of words (using hq headphones). Also there is no way (that I can find or is on the support page) to disable notifications which makes it frustrating when trying to focus and learn.
