Busuu knows what it's like to learn a language

I am very pleased with my latest Busuu experiences. It's really cool that the units are quite demanding. Unlike other apps that just make you memorize random phrases and words without much context I feel Busuu gives me real life examples and just the right challenges for me to improve. It feels almost a bit like a real spanish class where I get to apply my knowledge and not a pointless memory game. I think that all good reviews are fake. When you try to cancel - the system doesn’t allow you. Showed no subscriptions , but was still charged and they refused to refund . Be aware . Not a reputable company.

Highly Disappointing, Tries to charge you

In the beginning, I was pleased with this app. It's different from Duolingo and I felt that it was able to help me expand my vocabulary in Polish. I initially bought a subscription for 24 months. Recently I noticed that Busuu was trying to make unverified charges on my card. That was it for me. I won't allow this app to take my money considering I already paid well over $70 for the 24-month subscription. I'm really disappointed.

I want a refund.

Second-Time Review

After using the site for a while now. The failures are forgiven a bit too easy, and I read a small note before a lesson that said "Grammar is Premium". Now, some things such as slang and "modern" words would be something I would be fine in a premium course. However, not teaching grammar to those who don't pay seems to be pressure to get grammar. Quick and safisfactory resolution of technical issue

I had a technical problem while working on my language learning at Busuu. Explained the issue and the Busuu customer support rep replied back very quickly and explained the glitch. All was good again. It was the first time I had to resort to customer help and the quick response and outcome gave me a very good impression of Busuu.

Fast and direct help

Something went wrong with a double subscription, due to my own fault, and i requested a refund. Busuu responded quickly and granted the request. In any way, Busuu is a very good app and i enjoy using it a lot.
