Busuu is a great app to learn languages…
Busuu is a great app to learn languages ! I had only good feedbacks about it ! And I wanted to start learning Spanish, but I lost track of time and didn't use my app for my first 2 months. The customer service were very reactive and has helped me right away ! Thanks again ! I'll be back for sure !

Do not trust Busuu, they will screw you over
I purchased Premium a year ago and stopped using it a few months after. I thought I had canceled but was recently charged £36.99 for an auto-renewal. I have no use for this subscription and I am struggling financially, so I explained this asked the support team if they could refund me. They replied telling me that they were authorised to take my money and told me I should have realised this. They didn't care how this affected me and I am now in debt because of them, while they add an extra ...

Busuu is amazing
Busuu is a fantastic company, very helpful staff ready to help with any questions you have and an excellent community of other users who help each other. The content of the Spanish course I was studying was really helpful and I feel like I've learnt quite a lot. Very very happy with my experience.

Problem with the History of my Account
My problem was that my account history has been deleted and when I reached out to the customer services for help, their response was fast and helpful and they gave me the steps to resolve the problem and I did it then it got resoled. The two persons who helped me were Claudia and Peter.
