My only issue is that I keep getting promotions to upgrade to premium while I already paid for premium ?!

I love learning through Busuu and I would appreciate including translations of the correct answers in every excercise and always.

I love learning through Busuu and I would recommend it to anyone. My only improvement suggestion is to include translation of practiced sentences, grammar and vocabulary always (as a part of the correct answer under the line). It would help me big time, pls! Especially in moments when I'm returning to learning with Busuu after week or a month long break it would speed up remembering and recalling of half forgotten phrases etc. Thank you for considering that :) If you'd consider this, then ...

Support initially uncooperative when solving a payment dispute.

UPDATE: the payment dispute mentioned below was eventually resolved by Busuu. When I first started learning Russian, I purchased a 1 year subscription to this App. After about 2 weeks I regretted the purchase, as I didn't find the learning material so useful and infact enjoyed free resources such as YouTube more. My experience learning on Busuu has been very good so far, but I do have some suggestions. I've noticed that the courses are updated continuously which is great because lessons are added or corrected but it also messes up with the ongoing schedule because many updates change or mix learned subjects with unseen ones. What do you like best about Busuu? The best parts for me are the possibility of taking Exams and requesting corrections from other people. What do you dislike about Busuu? The only thing that I miss in the app is the possibility of restarting my lessons from a specific point after I finishing every single lesson available. Shady and unethical business practices

BUSUU's business practice is to automatically charge you for future unwanted and cancelled services. I signed up my 2 children on BUSUU and paid for (2) yearly fees dating July 2019-July 2020. After a few weeks we realized the program was not a good fit for them and they simply stopped using it. The reason why we felt it was not a good fit. Busuu is a great app for learning languages. I started using it around 10 years ago and found it to be very easy to use and in matter of no time I was not only learning but understanding the language.
