I Love Busuu

I signed up for the Busuu app in April 2020. It is a marvelous and challenging teaching tool and I've learned an incredible amount. I've also made new "friends" from around the globe. I highly recommend it for anyone who is trying to learn another language for practical use.

What do you like best about Busuu? Simple, intuitive, progressive. And small lessons. For that reason is easy to maintain and progress through the different leves. What do you dislike about Busuu? Nothing at the moment, but to tell Something no conversation modules. What problems is Busuu solving and how is that benefiting you? Increase my level, learning new words and expressions.

Although I cancelled my subscription

Although I cancelled my subscription, I don't have an account there anymore they took my money! This is ridiculous and I know Im not the only one. EDIT TO ADD AFTER GETTING ANSWER: No, it's not that I DIDNT NOTICE that my subscription is active, I cancelled my subscription and you still took money, even though I have no access to my account so I can't use my account. Stop fooling people around and start to act fair.

One language app to rule them all...

I've tested a dozen of language learning apps. Of all , Bussu is making a difference of how the lessons are delivered and how you learn the vocabulary plus the grammar. I think Bussu is going towards a full fledged course in time. If you combine that with perseverence and discipline, this will take you to learn the language you want.

"Fast and friendly"

What do you like best about Busuu? The easy mode to build up the language choose. Video, graphics so smart. I love the possibility to share with an infinite populations, all the things that you want to learn, to speak each other and create a group to improve your language. What do you dislike about Busuu? So far I'm quite impressed by Busuu

So far I'm quite impressed by Busuu, they give you a lot of lessons for free, compared to other sites I've used... Thinking about upgrading to Premium...

The lessons are great but the social feature with help from native speakers is what I like best!

I've been very impressed with Busuu. The lessons are very well done and honestly they're quite fun. They're typically less than 10 minutes too which makes it easy to do a lesson here and there when there's time. What I really love most about Busuu though is the social feature that connects learners with native speakers. Having native speakers review my exercises and give me feedback is fun and really helpful! And I like that I get to give back by helping others with my native language too. ...

Don't use their services - scammers

UPDATE 26-09-2020: got my money refunded. It is a pity that you first need to escalate things before getting the right service. POSTED 17-09-2020: Don't use their services. Cancelled my subscription but they are still withdrawing money from my account. I pointed this out to them on the day of renewal and they are not willing to refund while they can see I have zero activity in their platform. @busuu, how desperate are you stealing from your customers by offering them low discounts to ...

Fraudsters, customer service is disgusting

Be careful with the premium subscription and it's automatic extension. They do not send any notifications or reminders, but take your money, when the subscription is expiring. I turned it off and informed the customer care, nevertheless they withdrew my money without any consent. Since one week I've been waiting for a response - nothing at all. I had to initiate a payment conflict for reimbursement, hopefully Visa will take measures. Be aware that on the website of Busuu you will not find ...

They keep hassling you to upgrade to paid

They keep hassling you to go to the paid service and sometimes it’s very hard to start. New lesson without seeing ad after ad. You won’t learn French. You’ll learn lots of trivial stuff. I don’t care how to ask what’s your shoe size. I want to have an intelligent conversation. Duolingo is way better
