The way to learn spanish on Busuu is pleasant. It is easy to learn vocabulary, grammar. The exercices are exciting, cause they are prepared with imagination and creativity. I have just one remark : there are not enough production or expression from the students in the courses. Thank you for this work of teaching languages to people with passion !

Impeccable service and communication
I had a shocking life circumstance which left me without passwords, money or app information. As much as we have loved using Busuu over the last year, it would be impossible to make the payment and continue, along with many other apps. Battling to make ends meet, my Father put money into my account to make a payment for him. And the Busuu payment then went through with that money. Not feeling that Busuu customer service cares much.
Recently I was notified that my Busuu subscription was overdue and that the Busuu Team was unable to access the credit card to charge me for renovation. I have responded with the information that I now have a different credit card and would like to provide new details. To which I have received a somewhat offhand reply, that there is no way to provide new card details and my membership has been terminated but I may join Busuu again. Busuu is a great app because with the help of it I`ve progressed so much on earning a few languages, German and Japanese for example. The learning process is easy and visual. Each important subjects are divided into small pieces which makes it comfortable to study. And helps you to feel rewarded when you finish your next unit so you don`t get bored. The lessons for japanese started out great. However, they get lazier and lazier as you go. Hopefully, they include more explanation in the lessons because I am currently in section 2 and they don't explain anything anymore.
