I had a problem renewing my subscription because I’d let it lapse for the last year. Busuu is a great language platform and I’ve always enjoyed using it and found their tech support very helpful when I’ve needed it. I would definitely recommend Busuu to anyone looking to learn a new language.

The app is very good

The app is very good! It actually helps you to learn even a very difficult language- like Russian- Yess- I am learning Russian. It has many exercises, you can practice a lot, you can discuss with natives and they can correct your exercises... and I recommend premium. You can do many things without premium too but having it it makes a difference. Customer service is great too!!! Best app in languages I tried so far!

Busuu is a good method to learn languages

Busuu is a good method to learn languages, provided that you are consistent (as with any method). I’ve appreciated how it guides you step by step by adding tips, grammar information and use in context, between listening and pronunciation exercises. In addition, you enter a community where you can correct others’ exercises (for example in your mother language) and ask others to review yours. This way, you are more involved and it’s easier to keep learning. I’ve suggested Busuu to friends and ...

Exam results (in Portuguese) weren't displayed

After taking the final exam in Portuguese (level A2) on Busuu, no results were displayed. Therefore, I contacted Busuu's support team. Even though it's weekend, I got a prompt reply from Busuu support, and within a few minutes the problem was solved. Excellent job - and keep up the good work!
