I had subscribed to Busuu over a year ago when I wanted to relearn Spanish. Since then I have changed my plans and am learning Indonesian instead, so I had stopped using the app. I had forgotten that I had subscribed and thought I was only using the free app version, so I was surprised and unhappy when I received a message that my premium subscription had been renewed. Busuu is an excellent app to learn languages and keep in touch with people all around the world. The app is very easy to use and the support team is always helpful and quick to resolve any problems.

The app is great for learning languages with others, centered on exercises rather than open chat.

Payment problem?

I had a problem with the price of the payment. I was offered 30% of discount but when i went to the final section, i didn't had any discount. So, I sent them an email telling about my problem and, in about a few hours, i got a response with an apologie and a code with 50% discount.
