Busuu is a very valuable tool for learning Japanese (and I assume other languages too), I definitely want to come back to it someday.

My busuu experience

The representatives at busuu always answer my questions or accept my suggestions in a fast and courteous manner. I enjoy the lessons and the opportunities to meet others speaking the languages I'm trying to improve. I've been using busuu for years, and it's my first stop in the morning after I get my coffee!

The perfect app

The perfect app! It helps a lot, as long as you do your everyday “homework”! I used this for German language and trust me, it WORKS!

Working with a Mac

The program /app has changed a lot since I have been using it. I think it's great and enjoy using it. I've recommended it to my brother. I use a Mac and it would be great if it would work better with safari so I can record my answers as well as writing.

Subscription Renewal

Other than having to write several times, in several emails, Busuu was finally willing to offer me a full refund of the subscription renewal. This Covid pandemic was really hard on me as a freelancer and this gesture was nice to finally find out. If I could make one suggestion to Busuu, the least that you could do for your customers is send them a reminder email that their subscription will renew. That small of a gesture, the tiny reminder, can make a difference and show that your brand ...

Excellent language learning application.

I have tried literally all of the language learning apps, and this one is by far the best with the most structured approach to learning the language. My girlfriend who speaks 4 languages agrees with this. My only complaints would be that the volume and clarity of the audio clips vary quite a bit and and secondly they seem to alter the lessons from time to time and sometimes when you go back to previous lessons it says that you have not completed them when you actually have.
