I really like how Busuu is built

I really like how Busuu is built. The help from the comunity and the specific personalised courses feel like studying in a class. It might not be Duo, but in many aspects it's even better. Keep up the good work

I stopped using the app a year ago.

I stopped using the app a year ago. i didnt noticed that I signed for automatical resubscription so I was charged. I got an email explaining me that im going to get refund. the availability was great and I was satisfied with the response. i didnt get my moeny back but im sure i will.

Great experience

I am having a great experience using this app. I really like to listen different types of accents, that is a powerful feature. Also I like when I have to listen and repeat the dialogues. Please add more lessons like those ones. Keep it doing well! Kind regards Elias

A great language app!

This is a great language app with a good mix of easy-going and challenging learning. A big plus is the social networking component, where native speakers correct your written or spoken work. I have been using it for several years and have recently signed up my daughter as well. When I learned that I could have saved on subscription costs by taking a trial period into account, Busuu customer service was very accommodating and reimbursed me for the amount I could have saved initially.

Fast Response

Busuu is not only a great platform to learn a language but they are also really good at solving problems. I had a problem with the subscription and it got fixed before it was a real problem. I immediately contacted the customer care team and I got an incredibly fast reply from Ewelina. Not only a response but by the time I got an answer from them, they already fixed the issue. I’m quite impressed!

I had to learn Italian in very short time. And Busuu really helped me with it. I entered the university due to it, of course I took some Italian course. But all words and sentences I use nowadays are from Busuu. I'm greatful for its team, especially Peter who helped me to solve the problem.

The page layout and the way new information is provided makes it easier to follow the lessons. One can make good progress if also supported by additional materials.
