1). i did not like that the "help" response was an automated reply and not an actual person. 2). I think that having the live lesson platform accessible only through Firefox or Chrome is inconvenient. 3). I had difficulty logging into the Busuu Live Lesson and by the time I did, the instructor had terminated the lesson (after 14 minutes). I would have liked to benefit from the 16 minutes that were left in the lesson. Since I paid for 30 minutes, I would have liked to have had the ...

The idea is really fun and make the language learning amusing for you, specifically when you become a premium member and can get in touch with other members who are also learning the same language as you. However, would it be also helpful for speaking, I DON't KNOW YET as I have started it a week ago. The customer service is also nice. They replied a little bit late, but they solved the problem.

Busuu is an amazing platform for me as a teacher because it provides very easy to use features which are also useful for the students. I like that gives me the opportunity to know more about my student before having the lesson.

Membership Problem

The app is great for learning vocabulary and it makes you learn in a short time. But I had some problems with the membership, I have two payments in the apple account related to bussu, I actually paid for a bussu deal last week but now I’ve a double payment.

I work at Busuu as a live English teacher and have only had good experiences. Busuu is a very professional company that, from what I can see, works very hard to make sure both their customers and teachers are happy.
