I decided to cancel my sub within 14 day trial and response was very good compared to some sites when you have to fight tooth and nail to get a refund currently waiting for years for Microsoft to sort out a refund having blocked my Skype account and been on their CS site for the last hour because MS have ridiculous policies same issue with Amazon so well done Busuu

This is a super useful app. It is great because you can interact with other people and the lessons are of the right lenght so you can learn if you have only a few minutes. It is difficult however to keep up with other users incoming correction requests.

Easy to use system which progresses at your own rate. You are free to skip ahead with lessons if you wish. As a subscriber to one language, you are free to use Busuu for another one. Fantastic!
