An inexpensive, challenging, interactive way to learn a language
I've been using Duolingo for over six months and I like it a lot. Busuu is more focused on listening, speaking, writing and real-world conversations. They keep track of weak/strong words to help build vocabulary. They also have the option to communicate with members who are native speakers in the language you want to learn. Excellent customer service
Ran into a minor glitch while paying for premium, emailed customer service on a Sunday and didn’t expect a reply for a couple days. I got a reply the same day, about 4 hours after I purchased the product, incredible customer service.

I decided to cancel my sub within 14…
I decided to cancel my sub within 14 day trial and response was very good compared to some sites when you have to fight tooth and nail to get a refund currently waiting for years for Microsoft to sort out a refund having blocked my Skype account and been on their CS site for the last hour because MS have ridiculous policies same issue with Amazon so well done Busuu
