This company is very attentive to users
This company not only offers a useful product, but also solves your problem very quickly if you have any issues. For example, I was studying Japanese through Busuu, but I had taken a long break, and I wanted to reset my Japanese course to start again, because I couldn't remember a lot of things because I had taken a break. When I emailed for help to reset my Japanese course, Julia from the support service solved my problem right away.
