Hi! I have been using the app for only two days and overall I'm happy, thank you! Though there are some slight bugs in how the app works. It's quite time-consuming to find a practice test to assess knowledge of the language you are learning and secondly, a bar with some of my weak words and activities to learn them appears even when I completed all the tasks, though it's still on the bottom of the screen with the same words. But again thank you for the app, I'm quite satisfied with the service.

Money-grabbing attitude towards paid subscriptions

Busuu emailed me after debiting my account for premium subscription renewal. They were within their rights to do this, as their terms and conditions state that they have an automatic renewal policy. Other companies have the consideration to email their customers before the renewal not after the event. Also, the amount charged was double the initial subscription so it left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth.

I first began to learn a foreign language 50 years ago and now find that BUSUU has a very novel way of learning a language. I find the following:- (1) Involving other students is a good idea but a bit hectic sometimes or is it because Christmas and New Year are fast approaching. (2) For older sttudents with poor eyesight, small print can be difficult. I need to have a magnifying glass handy when I study. Peter Toy.

Busuu is the best language-learning app…

Busuu is the best language-learning app I've used. It's engaging and very educational. Unlike other apps, it adds much needed cultural context to the lessons in vocabulary and grammar. I highly recommend it!
