Busuu Reviews in October 2026: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

Busuu is my favorite app for learning…

Busuu is my favorite app for learning Spanish. It is a serious app with no games. Explanations are given in small doses. A narrative is provided for the student to read. Then there are exercises based on the narrative. With this approach, I feel my retention has improved.

Recently login issues

Recently I was unable to log back into my account after several months of inactivity, even though my subscription was still valid until Feb 2021. Although it took a number of emails sent back and forth between BUSUU (via Peter) and me, in the end the account was re-established. Moreover, I was given an extension to my account for the inconvenience, which is greatly appreciated. I do enjoy the content and experience of the BUSUU platform, so I am happy that everything was able to be worked ...

Great app

Great app, easy to handle plus helpful and fast online support!

5 stars service

Ewelina offered good service and helped me to solve the problem. Wish Busuu move further!

It is great to learn with you

It is great to learn with you, I only should have even more time to learn

Great app

Great app! I speak 4 languages fluently and now studying the fifth with Busuu, awesome experience so far. Their costumer service is excellent, I spoke with Peter who was more than helpful to solve a small technical issue. All in all, very recommended ✌🏻
