Utilice busuu hace muchos años, cuando se podía aprender más de un idioma al tiempo y cuando tenía un árbol que creía a medida que avanzabas(me parecería super que trajeran eso de vuelta). I had received an invitation email with 60% off on premium, however when I was about to make payment and realised that it was only applied 50% off on the website. So I emailed the support team and they had responded me quite quickly and offered me a personal discount of 60%. I was very happy with the service Ewelina provided and paid for the 24 mths premium plus access with the discount code.

I've noticed that subscription was due soon so I tried to cancel as per their instructions on their website. I was unable to cancel it following these instructions so I contacted them. They didn't respond. I contacted them again by Facebook chat. They told me that they don't do support on FB chat so I need to send email to their email. I did. No one responded until today. Meantime, subscription renewal date has come so they charged me for another year although I no longer use this app. This ...
