I was very impressed to begin with and…
I was very impressed to begin with and easily completed level one but I am finding that level two has jumped greatly in difficulty. I am having to repeat each lesson a few times and I’m getting quite disheartened. It would be nice if there was not so much difference in levels.

Busuu service
The help service is really nice and helpful, I requested a refund and i was able to get my money back. Busuu is a great app it is pretty much free, other then the test you need premium for that. But overall good app.

I am so proud to be part of the Bussuu community. Not only is the application useful, well designed, informative, it also boosts language productivity and motivates you to learn more and grow. I also had the best experience ever with Bussuu's customer service. I wanted certain explanations about the renewal of my Premium subscription, and their attitude and willingness to help and dedicate themselves to every single user were outstanding! My compliments!
