More encouraging progress
I genuinely feel that my language learning process is moving forward and has been a good purchase so my complaints are more about layout and extra services. The app doesn't allow easy navigation to use the speak with language tutor service that I purchased. I have trouble finding it thus I can't use this. If that is fixed, I would give Busuu 5 stars.

I have just started as a premium member…
I have just started as a premium member and the exercises are good but I find the website frustrating. There are no clear menus and I have been trying to find a test to take to determine my level but without success. Maybe there isn't one?

Recently I did a purchase , but it was wrong I only wanted 3 months and you take me off 12 months. The price is bigger than I ask for. I put a claim , but it doesn't answer it yet.

Busuu is an Amazing Tool
Busuu is an Amazing tool for learning languages! It uses a good social network to get corrections and tips from native speakers. But like anything, you only get from it what you put into it, so train hard. I would honestly say that Busuu is definitely one of the best tools I’ve found to help with learning a new language!
