Good app but don't go premium
I've been using the Japanese course since April 2020. I paid for a year subscription at the cost of £39.99 to access premium features. I will not be renewing my subscription, and here is why. I've noticed recently that my exercises, while unlimited, are gathering dust with zero feedback. I understand this aspect is community based and respect that. So far so good

I'm enjoying very much my live classes…

You’re a great app and I enjoy it!
Busuu’s a really great app and it’s so useful. With a smooth interface, useful practices and an opportunity to get a certificate for what i’ve accomplished, learning a new language is an amazing experience! Your customer service is kind and wonderful too.

Good with two minor issues
I have been using "Duolingo" which is useful as an introduction, but is poor on conversation and is, of course, Latin-American Spanish. I am taking 1:1 Spanish lessons and this helps, but a daily exercise routine as with Busuu is good and I would wholly recommend it. The only minor points are that; 1) There are some minor technical issues when the "sound" does not run below the video screen for a long time (sometimes never). In this case I just click on "I don´t know" to save from falling ...
