I accidentally subscribed to the premium package for this app. And the subscription fee is too much for me, so I emailed the app support. I got quite a fast response from them and request for refund and cancellation is accepted. All in all, the service from them is really great. The app itself is great, but Incannot afford it.

It's good, however...

I had to install a Russian Cyrillic Phonetic keyboard as a preference on my MacBook Pro. I don't understand why Busuu can't give you a Cyrillic Phonetic option for 'actual' typing? It's very tedious to use a trackpad/mouse to type one letter at a time in Russian. In future, I hope Busuu takes this onboard for a more pleasant learning experience.

Articles in German and translation of some words

Nouns in German require an article, so I give it with the article - correctly, and it shows me that it is wrong, because I entered it with the article, and in other tasks these articles are required, so there is no consistency and no appropriate scoring of the answer. The same in translation of the word "einchecken" in Polish means "zameldować się", and not "odprawiać się" - no one says that in Polish, because it could be completely opposite - "check in" ("odprawiać się") as "check out" ...

I do love Busuu

I do love Busuu. I’ve been learning Spanish by myself with Busuu. I get to exercise the expressions which are used in daily conversations. Also what I love is I get a feedback from native speakers

Great app but...

Great app but still there are some issues to improve! First of all, some language programmes are richer than others. Most preffered languages , obviously have the richest courses. Secondly, take an online class ads are sometimes bothering and also distracting. In my opinion, no need to emphasise them this much. And also i think it's better to inform users before the automatic renewing date. Before i decided to subscribe the premium version, i had a look at the user reviews on the internet ...

I had a problem with my account, I have been really impressed how the customers service has investigate about it and help me. Now I will return to use daily. I really appreciate also the vantage about the premium account.

I am an avid French learner

I am an avid French learner. I have tried a few different learning methods. Busuu has a very natural and easy way of explaining certain aspects of the french language. The lessons are easy to follow and I especially like the time spent on pronunciation. It is well worth the cost and would recommend it to anyone interested in learning the French language.

bad UX

I had a problem and now it's resolved. Thank you for that, although I had to send 3 emails and I received 6 emails!! for resolving.(most of the received eamils were empty) So, I have a complaint about the UX of your website and the interaction with customers. I got several empty emails (I suppose they were confirmation of receiving) which were misleading. Also, there are many things I want to do on the website which I can't do or can't find out how to do them. Your website is very useful ...
