A fun way to learn languages
I started the language course for free and you have access to so many lessons, it's great. I then decided to join and now it's even better as I can learn the grammar and test myself on what I have learned so far. It's easy to learn and great fun

I love your support team, very helpful, sweet, and quick responding team. But for the program itself i think it would be better if you added a system for memorising words similar to that of Memrise, that when you learn couple words you have to keep revising every now and then to make that word go from short term memory to long term memory. Memrise does this in the shape of a flower and you have to keep revising for the plant to be colorful and keep growing.. So i hope if you consider adding ...

the App is very helpful
the App is very helpful. I’m learning German. The words and phases are very practical. The learning method is efficient and will not waste my time. The community is my favorite, native speaker will correct my pronunciation. But the most important thing is KEEP USING IT!

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I requested a refund minutes after my account was charged. First, I couldn't get an answer over the phone. Second, it took forever for someone to respond via email. When they did, after several emails, they said in the most indirect way possible that I would not be getting my money back. Apparently it's my fault for not understanding the unfriendly user interface and thinking the auto pay was turned off. The only two words I can think of for Busuu customer service is ...
