Busuu - "Yes BUT ..."
I like Busuu and it is going to be very helpful for me but I think the system needs to be more flexible. Marking answers as "incorrect" when they are simply basic typing errors and not allowing other acceptable words is, to say the least, confusing and frustrating as I improve my Spanish. Thanks, David.

Long thread to get a solution
I had canceled this membership months ago but Busuu still charged me again. I reached out to the support and first I got a template response. Then I asked again and finally my refund request was sorted out. The issue got resolved but my experience was not the best.
